ReplyDeleteI am 3 years long customer of IOFORT.com and paid every invoice of theirs. They had an outage for more than a week, so their service is not 100% times on. They are not reliable at all as customer’s site can be down anytime and they won’t inform the customer that because of the issues on their side, customer’s site is down.
They suspended my account and were not ready to let me take me my own site's backup. I have them to host and they are not allowing me to take my own backup because of their bully nature. They don't have any phone line or email service, only support tickets. When I generated tickets being worried how to download the full backup, they closed my tickets without even bother to answer me.
They are highly unprofessional company, never ever buy hosting at IOFORT.com
They cheat and don’t worry to reply emails or support tickets. They block the email ids so that customer can not reach them.
