What is the advantage of digitalOcean over something like stablehost and vice versa

Heres the two plans

DigitalOcean:
$10 - 1gig ram, 1 vCPU
$20 - 2gig ram, 2 vCPU

StableHost:
$9 - 2 gig ram, 1 vCPU(2.1 GHz)
